New small businesses boomed during the pandemic, so when Visa wanted to redo its Small Business Hub, it faced the challenge of educating a new era of SMBs while letting experienced business owners easily access the tools they need.
From strategic messaging and content strategy all the way through to writing more than 30 individual pages I, along with the amazing team of visual and experience designers at Punchcut, helped Visa balance the needs of multiple audiences to help small businesses start, grow and thrive in a changing world.

We started with a discovery workshop, where we evaluated the legacy site, set goals and objectives for the new site and began discussing key concepts, interactions and messages.

After Discovery, we interaction models and content maps. Working with a high number of external partners meant being extra intentional about how content was structured. From here we moved into wireframes, tone-of-voice documents and messaging guidelines (unfortunately lost to time).

A comprehensive copy doc captured every piece of content on the site.
